Product must be in its original condition and returned with all original components and accessories (including manuals, documentation, etc.) and in its original cartons and packaging, or, if necessary, in packaging suitable to prevent damage to the Product. The Promoter reserves the right to reject a claim if the Product is not in its original condition at the time of collection.
