the surrounding is to bright

The image looks different depending on the surroundings. Minimize the
lighting.
② Excessive
use of keystone

Move the Mini Beam to the proper place so that you can minimize the use of
Keystone function.
③ Not
placed within the suggested projection distance

Check the suggested projection distance of your product and place it within the
distance.
④ If
there is stain like fingerprints on the lens

Remove the stain and dust.
If you wipe too hard, lens can be damaged.
(But it doesn’t affect the performance of the product.)
