If the HDMI cable connection is bad or settop box broadcasting signal is weak, then the screen display can have errors, blink, get cut or broken and so on.
In this case, ask the service provider and check the broadcasting signals [Wired, Cable, Skylife, IPTV and etc].

Is the cable connected properly?
➔ Check if the pins are damaged or have foreign objects. If they do, replace the cable with an authentic cable.
Did you try to reset the TV monitor to the factory setting?
➔ Due to the setting errors in the TV monitor, color errors can occur, thus reset it to the factory setting.
1. Press the [Setting Menu] button on the remote control.
2. Select [General].
3. Select [Reset to Initial Settings] and press [OK] to proceed with reset.
Using [Picture Test] in [Picture], did you check the screen?
➔ If the image on the test screen seems normal, then it is due to the broadcasting signal problems instead of the product problems.
