Slow channel change
Symptom
When changing channel, picture is delayed.
How
to fix
1. When digital broadcasting is received by antenna terminals, black screen appears for a short time (1~2 sec.) with channel change.
※ Based on signal reception condition (signal strength), delay time becomes longer.
2. When using a set-top box (cable, internet TV, satellite broadcasting, etc.), channel change may be delayed due to the poor reception of set-top box or its unstable operation.
For this case, contact subscribed cable company.
