[LG TV Noise] I am experiencing abnormal noise with my TV

Troubleshooting

My TV is making unusual sounds.

If you still hear any unusual noise in this state, try removing all external device cables connected to the TV.

Try this

Mute the TV to turn off all sounds and check for any noise.

➔ Press the Mute button on the Magic Remote.

If you still hear any unusual noise in this state, try removing all external device cables connected to the TV.
If the noise disappears while the TV is muted, check the audio settings.

If the noise disappears in the muted state, perform a sound test to check the audio condition.

➔ Press and hold the Settings button on the Magic Remote for more than 5 seconds to go to Detailed Settings.
Once the Detailed Settings window appears, select [Sound].

In the sound list, find and select the sound test option. The TV speaker will output sound.
Check if the sound is normal.
If there is any abnormality in the sound during the sound test, please contact our service center.
If the sound is normal, it means there is no problem with the TV.
In this case, it is advised to check the cables of the external devices connected to the TV.

If the symptom persists, try resetting the external devices.

If the sound is still abnormal after resetting the external device, please contact the manufacturer of the external device for further assistance.
