If you don't hear any noise during the sound test, it may be due to an unstable broadcast reception or a malfunctioning peripheral device connected to the TV, such as a set-top box, game console, DVD player, Blu-ray player, and PC. Please check the connection status of the device.
If you experience the noise on particular channels, it may be due to an unstable broadcast reception.
