Troubleshooting

A peripheral device can be connected through an HDMI cable.
※ Depending on the SIGNATURE model, the location of the HDMI cable connection terminal may differ.

How to connect HDMI

1. Prepare a device to connect and an HDMI cable.

2. Prepare the cable to be connected and remove the right cover as shown in the figure below.

3. Remove the cable cover and fixing pin from the stand.

4. Lift the cable to be connected from the bottom to the top and connect it to the desired port.

5. If the cable is connected properly, secure it with a clip first.

6. After fixing it, fix it with a fixing pin so that the cable does not get caught or protrude and reassemble the cover.

7. Turn on the TV and the peripheral device again and set the input mode to the connected HDMI port.

8. Press the [External Input] button on the TV remote control and select the input mode according to the HDMI port number to which your peripheral device is connected.

How to connect the soundbar and the set-top box to the Signature TV at the same time
Connect a soundbar and a set-top box by referring to the instructions below.
① Connect an HDMI cable with one end connected to the HDMI output on your set-top box and the other end to the HDMI1/HDMI2 input port on the soundbar.

② Connect another HDMI cable with one end connected to the HDMI output (TV eARC/ARC) on the soundbar, and the other end to the HDMI IN port on the back of your TV.
③ Press the [F (functions)] button repeatedly on the soundbar and select either HDMI1 or HDMI2 when these options appear on the control panel

④ Once selected, the “HDMI” text appears on the display, indicating that the audio is successfully connected.
