Location must be done in order to set the universal remote control.
If the LG Services Country and address are not set properly, you may not be able to search for the desired service provider.

Can’t you search for a service provider?
Check the Location from the Settings menu on the TV.
➔ Set the [Location] function in [2022 webOS22]
1. After turning on the TV, press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].
2. From [General], select [System].
3. Select [Location].
4. Change [LG Services Country] .
When [Others] is set, you may not be able to search for a service provider.
➔ Set the [Location] function in [2019 webOS4.5]
1. After turning on the TV, press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].
2. From [General], select [Location].
3. Select [LG Services Country].
[2021 WebOS6.0] Press the button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Location] → [LG Services Country]
[2019 WebOS4.5] Press the button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Location] → [LG Services Country]
[2018 WebOS4.0] Press the button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Location] → [LG Services Country]
[2017 WebOS3.5] Press the button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Location] → [LG Services Country]
※ If your remote control does not have the [ ] button, press the Home [ ] button, and select Settings [ ] on the screen.
