If you have connected an external Sound Out device other than a TV speaker, you must set the output speaker of the TV separately to hear the sound from the connected speaker.

Change the output speaker settings of your TV.
• [2022 WebOS22] [2021 WebOS6. 0]: [All Settings] → [Sound] → [Sound Out] → [Use Wired Speaker] or [Use Wireless Speaker]
• [2020 WebOS5.0] before: [Full Settings] → [Sound] → [Sound Out]

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].
2. Select [Sound] → [Sound Out].
3. Select [Use Wired Speaker] or [Use Wireless Speaker] depending on the connection method.
4. Select the applicable menu depending on the connection type so that the desired speaker can output the sound.
