The Quick Help function enables you to swiftly obtain assistance when you encounter temporary errors with
the projector screen or sound operation.
You can access the Quick Help feature by either pressing and holding the [9] button on the projector remote
control or navigating menus in the Settings menu.

Try this
Press and hold the [9] button on the projector remote control for more than 1 second.
➔ The [9] button is a hotkey to quickly access the [Quick Help] screen.
Go to [Quick Help] in Projector Settings.
➔ Open the Projector Settings menu and select the menu items as instructed below.
Moving to [Quick Help] in the Settings menu
① Turn on the projector and press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
② Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
③ Select [General] and then [About This TV].
④ Select [Quick Help] and then [Self-Diagnosis of Projector Settings].
