If you can't see the screen on your TV, first try pressing the menu button on your TV remote to see if the menu appears.
(You must test with your TV remote.)
- If the TV menu appears, it's most likely due to a video signal from an external device.
- Run Screen Self-diagnosis on your TV to further check for abnormalities on your TV.
- After running a test to verify that the image signal is output normally, you can select whether there is an error with the signal on the screen.
If there are no problems in the test, check the connected external device or broadcast signal.
