I can't press Record button.
Symptom
I cannot press the Record button.
How to fix
If you can’t press the Record button, check if you have put recording tape or if the security tap is removed.
For the tapes with no security tap, you need to cover the tap hole with scotch tape and try to press the button.
For models that can record one side only, you cannot press the button if the tape is inserted reversely.
※ As shown in the photo above, cover the tap hole with scotch tape and press the Record button.
