When a new product is purchased, the smell of rubber may be present in the beginning.
In order to reduce the noise of the cold air motor (compressor), anti-vibration rubber is attached, so, the smell of rubber may be emitted due to the heat of the compressor being transferred to the rubber during early operation.
In particular, when the product is used in the beginning, it operates for a long period of time, so a strong smell may be noticeable.
As with many new products, such odors gradually disappear after 1 to 2 months of use, so rest assured as it is not a product defect.
