Is the [Empty water] lamp illuminated on the Styler display? Is the [Empty water] lamp still illuminated even after you have drained the water?
When the drainage tank is full, the Styler will stop working and the [Empty water] message will appear on the display window.
If you have used the [Styling] cycle more than 3 times or the drying cycle, discard any water in the drainage tank.
Causes and Symptoms
- The drainage tank is filled with water.
- The water level detection sensor is tilted.

Is the drainage tank full of water?
➔ Discard all the water in the drainage tank.
The Styler will not operate if the drainage tank is full.
Follow the method below to completely empty the water in the drainage tank.
2. Open the drainage tank lid and discard all of the water.
3. When inserting the drainage tank back into place, insert it until you hear a “click” sound.
Is the [Empty water] message still displayed after emptying the water?
➔ Fill the drainage tank to about one-third capacity with water, swing it gently up and down to correct the position of the water level detection sensor, and then put it back in place.
If the sensor that detects the water level is tilted, the [Empty water] message will continue to appear on the display.
