First, check if Delay End is set.
If not, this may occur if the vinyl coating on the front button is torn and water gets into the button.
The power is off but if I rotate the tub by hand, the power is turned on.
This is a normal phenomenon when a motor rotates and plays the role of a generator.
The power will remain on, and then be turned off after a specified time.
Try this
Pull out the power cord, and dry the button area using a hair dryer on the cold air setting.
However, if you use warm air, maintain a specific distance [approximately a hand span].
If the button area is deformed, request an inspection by an LG technician.
