When lots of laundry, or bulky and lightweight laundry (puffer jackets, duvets, waterproof clothes, pillows, etc.) are being washed, they may float and get caught between the tub and the casing around it.<br>
In such a case, damage your clothes or the washing machine may be damaged, so you should wash them following the correct procedure.

Bulky and light-weight laundry should be fully soaked by pushing it under the water with your hand before you start washing.<br>
If there are too many clothes, divide them into smaller loads and wash only a reasonable load of clothes each time. Remove contents from cushions, pillows or sitting mats and wash the covers only.
