Try this
① Before cleaning the rotating brush, remove the dust bin to make sure that internal dusts do not fall out from the dust bin.
② Place a soft cloth on the floor and place the roboking upside down and press the Separate button on the left for the nozzle to separate the rotating brush cover.
③ While pressing down the Separate lever for the rotating brush, grab the rotating brush upward and remove it.
④ After removing foreign objects wrapping around the rotating brush(hair, dust and etc), firmly assemble it until you hear the clicking sound in the rotating brush cover.
Do not soak the rotating brush in water for cleaning.
It can cause a corrosion to the bearing that is responsible for rotating the rotating brush.
