What is power-saving cooling?
The power-saving cooling function adjusts target temperature during the cooling mode to improve comfort level of user, and enhance power saving capability.
What is comfortable power saving?
The comfortable power saving function senses the temperature and the humidity for power saving, is set in
two-phase operation.
In Phase 1, comfortable indoor environment is ensured while operating the outdoor unit, and in Phase 2, both
of indoor airflow and air direction are adjusted for power-saving operation.

How to set power-saving cooling
1. Press Set Function button on the remote control to set the power-saving mode.
2. Each pressing the button iterates Auto Drying →
Power-Saving Cooling → Robot
Cleaning → Adjusted Operation → Low-Noise Operation → Comfortable Power Saving → Setting Temperature
Difference upon Switching Over between Cooling/Heating → Releasing Setup Mode.
- The power-saving cooling function is selected in the cooling mode.
3. It is possible to set and release the power saving function when pressing Set/Release button while the power saving message blinks.
When pressing Power-Saving Cooling button at the temperature lower than 22℃, the temperature is automatically set to 39.6℉.
The temperature shown on the remote control and the temperature on the air conditioner display may be different to each other during the power-saving cooling mode.
The function may not operate on some of the products.
How to set comfortable power saving mode
1. Press Set Function button on the remote control to set the comfortable power saving mode.
2. Each pressing the button iterates Auto Drying →
Power-Saving Cooling → Robot
Cleaning → Adjusted Operation → Low-Noise Operation → Comfortable Power Saving → Setting Temperature
Difference upon Switching Over between Cooling/Heating → Releasing Setup Mode.
- The comfortable power saving cooling function is selected in the cooling mode only.
3. It is possible to set and release the function when pressing Set/Release button after selecting Phase 1
or Phase 2 of the comfortable power saving mode by pressing
button while Comfortable message blinks.
The phases of the comfortable power saving are displayed for 3 seconds after the function starts.
You can release the function when pressing Set/Release button after selecting Phase 0 of the comfortable
power saving mode.
