Causes and Symptoms
- If the installation insulator and the mounting plate are not properly fastened
- In the case of a double-glazed window, if the outer window is closed so that heat cannot escape
- If it is being used in a wide area
- If the air intake is not smooth because the filter is not clean
- If the product is placed too close to a wall
Try this
Check that the installation insulator and the mounting plate are properly fastened.
1. Are the side gaskets fastened on both sides of the mounting plate?
2. Are the window track holders above and below the mounting plate properly combined with the window track?
3. Are the side gasket and the mounting plate combined and closed properly?
4. Is the window gap insulator properly fitted in accordance with the height of the window?
If it is installed on a double-glazed window and the outer window is closed, heat cannot escape and the cooling performance may deteriorate.
➔ Also open all outer windows.

Are you using the product in a wide space?
If the filter is covered with dust, the cooling capacity may be reduced.
Separate the filter as follows, and clean it using a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.
If it is severely contaminated, wash it with water using a neutral detergent. (Do not use hot water over
40℃(104°F))
Cooling performance is degraded if there are many curves in the hose or the hose is extended. If the product is placed too close to a wall, the air intake path may be blocked so that the cooling performance may deteriorate.
➔ Leave enough space between the wall and the product before using the unit. (There should be no obstacles within 20cm(7.8in) around the product.)
