[LG dryer - freezing] [14kg] I want to know how to prevent the machine freezing in the winter

Troubleshooting

After the product has operated normally, there may be some residual water due to the characteristics of the drain pump.
At the below-zero temperatures of winter any residual water may freeze and thus the product may not operate.
Removing any residual water using the safe drain hose after drying may prevent the dryer from becoming frozen.

Try this

① Prepare a suitable container that will hold the water drained.

② Find and pull out the safe drain hose at the front center bottom of the product.

③ Remove the stopper of the safe drain hose and tilt it down into the container until no more water flows out.

④ Reinstall the stopper.

Open the drain hose cap and remove any residual water
Warning!

Water may leak if the stopper is not reinstalled correctly.
Ensure that the stopper is reinstalled.
