Do you want to see if the HDR function works on your monitor?
The HDR(High Dynamic Range) function is used to make all parts ranged from the brightest part to the darkest part as realistic as possible as if seen to human eyes.
The HDR function works correctly when you connect the monitor to an external device that supports HDR and play the contents that support HDR.
If the screen does not show the HDR message properly, then check the HDR settings on an external device or the PC connected to the monitor.
Try this
Play the content that supports HDR.
➔ Check if the HDR contents is created with high resolution of at least 4K.
HD definition contents of at least 4K resolution with HDR are provided through photos, movies, broadcasting, and streaming services.
If you play the contents that support HDR, the HDR message will appear on the right top of the monitor and then disappear.
If you are unable to tell if the contents are HDR, then ask the contents maker.
Check the HDR setting in your external device or Windows.
➔ When you play the contents that support HDR, if the screen does not display the HDR message, then check the HDR settings on an external device connected to the monitor or Windows.
Check the user manual for an external device that you use.
Update Windows 10 to the latest version and check the specs with the graphics card supplier.
