If you activate rotation lock in tablet mode for the Gram 360 product that supports an auto screen rotation, then the auto rotation function will not work.
Try this
Windows 10 product
① After clicking on the alert center icon at the right bottom of the screen, click Extend.
② Click [Rotation Lock] to switch from [On] to [Off].
※ If the item is deactivate, then fold it in laptop mode and switch to tablet mode and execute it.
Windows 11 product
① Right-click on your screen and select Display settings.
② Click [Rotation Lock] to switch from [On] to [Off].
※ If the item is deactivate, then fold it in laptop mode and switch to tablet mode and execute it.
