Do you see horizontal lines appearing and disappearing at the bottom of the LCD screen?

Causes and Symptoms

This symptom may be caused by Intel's Panel Self Refresh Technology, which saves energy.
It can occur due to a video driver error.

Applicable models: 17Z90P / 16ZD90P / 14T90P / 16T90P

1. Press the [Start] menu at the bottom of the screen and launch [Intel® Graphics Command Center].

2. From [Intel Graphics Commad Center], click [System] and [Power] in order.

※ The menus may appear differently depending on your driver version.

3. Turn off the [Panel Self Refresh] and [Display Power Savings] options.

Note

If Intel® Graphics Command Center is not installed, you may download and install it from MS Store as shown in the following figure.

※ If the problem persists, then reinstall or update the graphic driver.
