[LG Laptop] LG Update program installtion guide

The integrated LG Update apps launcher allows a user to install an LG Update app suitable for the user’s PC system.
By using the installed LG Update app, the latest drivers and programs can be used optimally.

• Installing the integrated LG Update apps launcher (LG Update Installer) on models other than the specified models may cause malfunctions,
  so please verify the appropriate model before installation.
• The installation process may differ depending on the operating system.

[LG Update Program] How to install

Open [File explorer]. Execute the [LG Update Installer] file in the downloads folder by clicking on it.

[Install the LG Update app that is compatible with the system.] Click [OK] in the pop-up.

Once the [LG Update app] has been installed on your model, select [ LG Update & Recovery Run] and then click [Finish].
If the LG Update app was already installed, the message "LG Update App compatible with your system is already installed" pops up.

※ The LG Update app is automatically updated to the most recent version when you run LG Update Installer.

You can install the device driver in the update program provided for your laptop.

Depending on the release year of LG Update, LG Update Center, LG DnA Center Plus, check the corresponding model name and use it accordingly.

① After checking the update list in LG Update & Recovery and install it if necessary.

② In LG Update Center, check the required update list and install it accordingly.

③ In LG DnA Center Plus, check the required update list and install it accordingly.
