The installed program will appear as [LG Update & Renew] on your device.
Open LG Update & Renew and install the gram chat app.
Try this
Click the Start button [], enter [gram chat On-Device] in the search box and run the
app.
The supported input languages on gram chat On-Device are English and Korean.
A minimum memory capacity of 16 GB is required to run gram chat On-Device.
The app will not run on PCs with less than 16 GB of system memory.
The app can be reinstalled using LG Update & Renew.
