The LG gram Link app enables effortless connectivity between your PC and mobile devices.
It facilitates the transfer of various files, including photos, videos, and documents, while also offering
multiple connection options to enhance your overall experience.
The following guide is applicable to models released from 2025 onward.
Please consult your product user manual to verify if the app is supported on your device.
How to install LG gram Link
The LG gram Link app suitable for your PC system can be automatically searched for and installed using [LG
Update & Renew] program.
Use [LG Update & Renew] program to automatically search and install the LG gram Link app suitable for your
PC
system.
To install LG Update & Renew program, search for LG Update Installer on Microsoft Store or use the [
LG
Update
Installer] download link.
Try this
Start button [] > [All apps] > Click and run [LG gram Link].
- All devices connected via LG gram Link must be on the same Wi-Fi network, and LG gram Link must be running on all devices.
- Some mobile devices may not support all functionalities of the app, and certain features may become unavailable following an operating system upgrade.
- LG gram Link can be re-installed using LG Update & Renew.
- LG gram Link described in this guide is supported on select models released in 2025. Please consult your product user manual for detailed information.
- App content may be modified without prior notice to enhance performance.
1. To register the LG gram Link app on your mobile device, first install the app on
your phone.
The app can be installed by scanning the QR code using the camera app of your mobile
device.
※ 'LG gram Link' is also available for download on Google Play or App Store.
2. Once installation is complete, select [Next].
3. Connect your PC and mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network.
4. Open LG gram Link app on your mobile device. To register your mobile device on gram, select [Register on my gram] and scan the QR code on your PC
5. Click [OK] once registration is complete.
1. Send: Use this feature to send files such as photos, videos, documents saved on the PC to another
device.
Import: Transfer files from the mobile device or another registered device to the PC.
Connect: Allows for an enhanced experience by connecting devices in different ways.
Call: Access contacts on the mobile device and call directly from the PC.
Settings: Navigate to Settings to change app settings and manage registered devices.
2. Add more mobile devices: You can add additional mobile devices using this button.
3. Notification center: Click to check notifications from the mobile device.
1. On the [Send] tab, drag and drop files you wish to send (photos, videos, documents) into the dotted box.
2. Select the device you wish to send the files to complete the transfer.
- You can easily send files in one step by dragging and dropping them directly onto the icon of the device you wish to share with.
- If no sharable devices appear, click [search for devices] to scan for devices again.
- If devices consistently fail to appear, please consult the [Fixing Bluetooth connection issue] section of this guide.
- When sending files to an unregistered device, you will need to enter a PIN code.
This PIN code entry is only required the first time you connect to the device; subsequent connections will not require a PIN.
1. On the [Import] tab, select the device you wish to connect to.
2. When photo albums of your mobile device appear on the app, select photos and videos you wish to transfer.
- - To save the selected files on your PC, click [Save].
- - To transfer the selected files to another connected device, select [Deliver].
1. From the [Connect] tab, select the feature you wish to use to connect to devices.
- Click the [] icon to change the device you are
connecting to.
2. Reselect the function to disconnect from the device.
1. In [Settings], enable the feature [Connect Device for Call/Notifications] and select the device you wish to connect to.
2. Go to the [Call] tab and select [Bluetooth connection].
3. After connecting to a device, the recent calls list will appear. You can immediately make calls from your PC.
Files on the PC (photos, videos, documents) can be searched for and imported to the registered mobile device.
※ This function is synced with gram chat On-Device. To use this function, you need to have run gram chat On-Device at least once.
1. Open LG gram Link on your mobile device and select the [Import] menu.
2. Check-mark the files you wish to receive and tap [Import] to save the files on
your mobile device.
The location of the saved files may differ depending on the file format and your mobile device
system.
(Android device: album, my files / iOS device: photos, files)
Follow the below steps when your device fails to appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices or when the keyboard or mouse of your PC do not move on your mobile device screen.
1. Click the [] icon on the right side of the task bar > Right-click the [
] icon >
Select [Exit] to
close the app.
2. Start button [] > [Settings] > [Bluetooth & devices] > [
] icon on the right of
the device icon >
Select [Remove device] to remove the mobile device.
3. Go to your mobile device’s Bluetooth settings and remove the connected PC.
4. Turn off Bluetooth on your PC and mobile device. After 10 seconds, turn Bluetooth on again.
5. Run the LG gram Link app and reconnect devices.
How to Use LG gram Link
Please use the [Register to my LG PC] function in the LG gram Link app on your mobile device.
With
this function, scan the QR code on your PC to register your mobile device on your PC.
LG gram Link uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the PC and mobile device, and connect to the same
Wi-Fi.
In the search window of the PC taskbar, enter gram.
Select and run LG gram Link.
Click the Next button.
Run the camera app in the mobile device.
Scan the QR code on the PC screen and install the LG gram Link app to the mobile device.
On the PC screen, click the Next button.
Ru LG gram link in the mobile device.
Select Register on My LG PC.
Scan the QR code on the PC screen and register the mobile device.
When the registration is completed, click the OK button.
You can register and use multiple mobile devices.
On the PC screen, click the OK button.
If you click the Add mobile device icon, you can add a mobile device.
You can transfer files by selecting or dragging and dropping files to send from your PC and
then
selecting a discovered peripheral device.
Drag and drop the files or folders to transfer to the Send screen.
You can also add file to transfer by clicking File, Folder, or AI Picker.
If you select a device to transfer files, the files are transferred.
If a device is not registered, the PIN code input screen may appear.
Click the Close button on the PC to end file transfer.
If you drag and drop files or folders directly to the device list, you can use the Send function
quickly.
If you use AI Picker, you can find photos and videos easily trough AI.
Photos and videos in the PC are automatically categorized and the Search function is supported.
You can transfer files by selecting a photo, video, or file on your mobile device and then
selecting
a discovered nearby device.
You can check photos and videos automatically classified by
date/person/place/category.
You can find the photos and videos you want using keywords.
Click Add files on the mobile device.
Select the menu and add files.
If you click the PC to transfer, the files are transferred.
Click the close button on the mobile device.
You can import photos and videos from your mobile device. You can transfer to other mobile
devices
registered on your PC.
Click the Import tab on the PC.
Select a mobile device on the registered device list.
Photos and videos are displayed as previews.
Select photos and videos.
If the confirmation message appears after clicking Save, click OK.
Photos and videos are saved in my PC.
Click Save to my PC and deliver to other devices.
Select the mobile device and click the OK button.
Phots and videos are transferred to the selected mobile device.
You can view your mobile device's screen on your PC, and use your mobile device with your PC's
keyboard and mouse.
Depending on the transmission speed of the wireless router (AP), the resolution and delay time
of
the mirroring screen may vary.
Click the Connect tab on the PC.
In the Connect tab, you can share PC and mobile device screens.
Click the Settings icon and select mobile device.
If you click Mirror Mobile device screen, the mobile device screen is displayed on the PC.
If you click the Mirroring screen with a mouse, you can connect and use the keyboard and mouse.
To end using the keyboard and mouse, click the ESC key on the PC keyboard.
You can view your PC screen on your mobile device.
The resolution and response speed of screen expansion/duplication may vary depending on the
transmission speed of the wireless router (AP).
If you click Extend/Duplicate PC Screen, the PC screen is displayed on the mobile device.
If you click Share Keyboard/Mouse, you can use the mobile device with PC keyboard and
mouse.
The keyboard and mouse are switched to the PC when pressing the Ctrl+1 Keys, and to the mobile device
when
pressing the Ctrl+2 keys.
You can paste content saved on your PC or mobile device clipboard and use it on other
devices.
With the clipboard function, you can paste the contents saved in the clipboard to the PC or mobile
device.
Turn on the clipboard function in the LG gram Link Settings menu of the PC.
Select a mobile device to use the clipboard function.
The clipboard function can only be used in mobile devices selected in the clipboard function.
Turn on the clipboard function in the LG gram Link Settings menu of the mobile device.
Connect the mobile device with the Mirroring of Share Keyboard/Mouse function.
From now on, the contents saved in the PC or mobile device clipboard can be used by pasting
them.
Some apps may not support the clipboard function.
When nearby devices are not searched or the PC keyboard and mouse do not work on the mobile
device
screen
Removal of paired device is required.
- The device in not searched in the LG gram Link of the PC.
- The keyboard and mouse cannot be used in Mirroring and Share Keyboard/Mouse.
If the problems displayed in the following occur, resolve them according to the guide.
Click the Show hidden icons button in the taskbar of the PC.
After fight-clicking LG gram Link, click Exit.
In the search window of the PC taskbar, enter Bluetooth.
Click Bluetooth and other devices settings.
Click more options in the connected mobile device, and then click Remove device.
In the Bluetooth settings for the mobile device, remove the connected PC.
Turn off the Bluetooth function of the PC and mobile device, wait for 10 seconds, and turn it back
on.
Run LG gram Link again and use the desired functions.
To install the LG gram Link app, you can use the [LG Update program] to automatically find and install the LG Update app that matches your system. (Only new products released in 2024 are supported).
