  • We deliver in all GMA areas(Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite) only.

How much is delivery and installation?

  • We offer free shipping for all products and free installation on select items.

Can a representative receive the order in my behalf?

  • We will require a signed authorization letter and the receiver's valid ID before properly handing the product during delivery.

What should I do if the products I ordered arrive damaged?
A.
  • Your order will be unpacked and checked in your presence upon delivery. If there are any damages, the delivery team will conduct an evaluation to check if the product can be returned/refunded. 

     

    Any damaged product upon delivery will be subject for replacement and re-scheduled for delivery.

How will I track my delivery?

  • Once your order is confirmed, our delivery partner will contact you to confirm the delivery details.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to your order page that will also include you order number.

     

    Additionally, you will be sent an email containing the breakdown of your order and your confirmed order number.

How to place an order?

  • 1. Select the product you want to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button.

     

    2. Choose whether to continue shopping or click "Checkout". 

     

    3. Fill in all the necessary information for the delivery and follow the instructions to pay. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Can I change an order?

  • Unfortunately, you cannot change an order after it has been placed. You must cancel your current order and create a new one in our website.

How to cancel an order?

  • Log-in to your account, look for “Cancel Order” button and follow the prompts required to proceed with cancellation.

     

    You can only cancel an order if the product is not yet processed for shipping to your preferred delivery address.

     

    If the product has already been dispatched, you may need to contact our CIC (Customer Information Center) and provide all the necessary details for your cancellation.

  • To initiate a return, please go to My Orders, select the order you wish to return, and click on “Return.” Fill out all the required fields in the Main Item Information form before submitting. Our logistics team will contact you via message or phone call to provide further details regarding your concern.
