All of multiple indoor units of multi-product connected to a single outdoor unit should be used in cooling mode, or heating mode only.
Example: The air conditioner does not work when the indoor unit in a room runs in cooling mode, while the unit in another room does in heating mode.
Causes and Symptoms
- Multiple indoor units are installed, but not aligned in cooling or heating mode only.
Try this.
1. Check the location of the power circuit breaker of the air conditioner, and then trip the breaker and reset it again approximately 3 minutes later.
If you don’t know the location of the circuit breaker, call your building management office.
2. Once starting all of the indoor units, press Select Mode button to use the units in cooling mode, or heating mode only.
(Trip the circuit breaker, and then reset it 3 minutes later.)
※ Press Mode button of all of the indoor units one by one to start them, and immediately Select Mode button in use the air conditioner in the cooling mode or the heating mode only
