LG WebOS TV - How to register & deregister remote in LG WebOS Smart TVs

 Make sure your LG WebOS TV is powered on.

1. Pair the Remote :

   Point the remote at the TV.

   • Press and hold the  Home  button (the button with the house icon) for about 5 seconds.
   • The TV should recognize the remote and display a message indicating that it is paired.

Deregistering a Remote Control

1. Access Settings : Press the  Settings  button on your remote.
2. Go to All Settings : Navigate to the  All Settings  option.
3. Select General : Scroll down and select  General .
4. Choose Remote Management : Look for the  Remote Management  option.
5. Deregister Remote : Follow the prompts to deregister the remote you wish to remove.
