MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, keep and develop strong, positive and long-term relationships with network of telecom/electronic retail shops;
- Design, create and localize product training programs and materials for the local market;
- Deliver trainings to partners, B2B customers in order to improve their sales skills and results and maintain and help them develop good knowledge about the brand overall;
- Monitor, coach and develop training and sales skills for the local Field Trainers;
- Plan, organize, review and evaluate Field Trainers’ tasks and activities;
- Gather statistics and prepare reports for the country based training activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in Sales (Preferably consumer electronics products);
- Good market and technology trend knowledge;
- Fluency in English and Estonian, Russian knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Ability to quickly learn various products and their features;
- Experience in product merchandising or product training;
- Good knowledge of sales skills and processes
- Driving license (B) is a must.
