Major responsibilities:• Manage sales program, profit by model and channel, manage marketing budget
• Support profit info by month to sales team and feedback for results
• Risk management by profit analysis by model and channel, analyze the results and make necessary steps to correction if needed.
• Partner Relation Management by competition analysis
• Co-work with marketing to set up local product strategy and New Product Introduction
• Report the business status, market & competitor data, operational issues
• Monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales progress
• Communications with Headquarter to update regular market and business status
• Continuously analyzing marketing data and trend to understand consumer’s needs, measure effectiveness and look future market potential
• Prepare Ad hoc reports, requests to HQ and management
During Product Manager’s absence, responsibility to follow up Product Manager’s role based on guidance of the Managing director
Requirements:• Korean language knowledge is a must
• College degree
• Experience in any of above R&R or in sales related environment
• English on communication level
• Strong analytical skills
• Logical and proactive behavior
• Vigorous knowledge of excel and basic statistical knowledge
• Familiar with cross functional working environment
• Professional coordination skills
• Assertive communication skills
