At LG India, our commitment extends beyond manufacturing. We aim to uplift the areas around our facilities. To contribute to environmental protection, we've adopted and transformed a 3.1 KM area into a Green Cover. This includes three roundabouts (LG Rotary, H-One Rotary, and Surajpur Rotary) and the central verge near our Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh facility.
We've created three model roundabouts to protect the environment and planted over 25,000 shrubs, flowers, and trees. We've also set up slogan boards to inspire green practices. Moreover, we conduct street plays to raise awareness about safe driving and traffic rules, and we've installed reflectors near the roundabouts to prevent accidents.
In addition, we've developed a Miyawaki forest with 12,000 plants in Greater Noida. We believe in nurturing the environment and making a positive impact in our community.
