- I want to measure the network speed when I am using Netflix or YouTube App.
You can indirectly measure network speed on Netflix and YouTube apps.
The speed measurement is a reference, and you cannot diagnose network speed with the values measured by the
TV itself.
Try this
Measuring the network speed with Netflix
➔ Run a network speed test from Netflix Customer Service.
1. Enter [Get Help] at the bottom of the Netflix Home menu.
2. Run the [Check Your Network].
3. You can check the network status.
Measuring the network speed with YouTube
1. After playing a video on, select [Settings] at the bottom.
2. If you select [Stats for nerds], the network connection speed will be displayed in the top left corner.
