Try this
Is the battery of your AI remote control depleted?
➔ Once the battery is depleted, the AI remote control will no longer function.
Check if the LED on the front of the AI remote control turns on when any button is pressed.
If the LED does not turn on, replace all (two) batteries of the remote control at once.
Is any of the left/right remote receivers at the bottom of the product blocked by an object?
➔ Remove the object blocking the receiver at the bottom of the TV.
If the remote receiver is blocked, the signal from the remote control cannot be received.
