After washing, when you open the detergent dispenser, is there water left where the fabric softener goes?
After washing, in the detergent dispenser, there is usually 7~9ml of water remaining.
Depending on where the washing machine is installed and how you use it, it may collect water but the product is working normally.

Is there water in the detergent dispenser after cleaning it?
➔ Pull out the detergent dispenser, reassemble it, and press tightly to refit it.
If you do not assemble the detergent dispenser tightly, water may get into the detergent dispenser during the washing process.
In particular, if you are using the Tromm Plus model which slides the detergent dispenser lid open, please tighten the white lid inside the detergent dispenser.
2. Clean it with a toothbrush using lukewarm water as shown, and then reinsert the detergent dispenser.
Put fabric softener into the detergent dispenser and select [Rinse 1 time] and press the [Start/Pause] button to operate.
If there is no fabric softener left in the detergent dispenser after the water has entered the tub, it is working normally.
2. Pull out the fabric softener dispenser, and lift the cover and clean it with a toothbrush using lukewarm water.
Is the water supply pressure connected to the washing machine too high?
➔ Please half close the faucet that is connected to the water supply hose.
When the water pressure of the faucet connected to the washing machine is high, water may splash and drip onto the top of the detergent dispenser.
Then, after the washing is done, that water drips into the detergent dispenser.
In such a case, slightly close the faucet that is connected to the water supply hose.
