■ Causes
The door may not close if the washing machine is overloaded, a garment is stuck between the door seal and the door glass, the door seal is damaged or removed
and if the door is skewed.
dE, dE1, dE2 errors will occur if the unit was started without its door properly closed.
■ Corrective Measures
1. When the washing machine is overloaded
The door won’t close if too much laundry is put into the tub and can cause dE error. Rearrange the laundry so that the door-side surface is even and flat
.
2. When a cloth is stuck between the door seal and door glass.
dE error can occur if a cloth is stuck between the door seal and glass.
Make sure all the clothes are properly put into the tub.
3. When the door is not closed properly
dE error can occur if you press the upper part of the door to close. Must press the center-right side of the door where the handle is located to close the door properly.
4. When the door seal is damaged or removed
dE error can occur if the door seal is torn or removed.

5. When the door is skewed
The dE error may occur if the door is skewed because it cannot be closed properly.
If the door is sagging, lift up the door to close.
It’s properly closed if you hear a ‘click’ sound.
