6. 6. All forms will only be deemed eligible when the participant details are complete in the form. LGE will not entertain any requests by Participants to amend any errors made by Participants in the redemption form submitted to us.
7. 7. Participants are advised not to change the contact number filled in the submission form before the Eligible Gift(s) is credited to their account.
