The drain hose is not installed properly or water may not drain during winter if the washing machine is frozen.

Check for reasons that water is not draining from the washing machine

1. Remove the drain hose from the drain, press the [Power] button and run the Spin cycle.

2. If water is drained well through the drain hose when you operate as above, the drain may be clogged.
Clean the drain.

Try this

Is the drain hose pressed or bent, thereby blocking the water flow?

➔ Spread the drain hose to ensure smooth water flow.

If the drain hose is twisted, bent, or installed too high, the water flow may not be smooth and the water may not be draining properly.
At this time, make sure that the height of the drain hose does not exceed 6 cm from the floor, and arrange it in a way that sees it located smoothly on a firm and even position.
