[LG Air Purifier] An E18/E14 error (UV nano check) occurred

Troubleshooting

UV lamps are equipped with safeguards to prevent them from contacting people directly, so an error code may occur if the filter case and filter are not assembled correctly.
If an error code occurs, unplug the power cord and assemble the filter and case accordingly.
If the error continues to occur, it will need to be inspected by a service manager.

Try this:

PuriCare 360 Alpha

1. Unplug the power cord, separate the front and back covers of the product.2. Pull the filter handle to remove the filter 3.With the ring side facing up, insert the filter into the product. 4.Take the fixed part on the bottom of the cover, insert it into the socket and close the cover.

1. Unplug the power cord and separate the front and back covers of the product.

2. Remove the filter by pulling the filter handle.

3. Attach the filter to the product so that the side with the handle is facing up.

4. Insert the fixed part at the bottom of the cover into the socket at the bottom of the product, close the cover, and connect the power cord.

Please keep this in mind!
The 360 Alpha double-tier product has different UV nano inspection error codes on the upper and bottom parts.
  • Upper UV nano inspection error code: E14
  • Bottom UV nano inspection error code: E18

AeroTower/Aero Furniture

1. Unplug the power cord and separate the front and back covers of the product.

3. Attach the filter to the product so that the side with the handle is facing up.

4. Remove the filter by pulling the filter handle.
