Finding help with features
I bought this more that a year ago and am still not sure how to use all the features. For example how to interface fully with Dish TV. How to use the TV remote with Dish? You make it way to hard to find help. I can't even find a decent user guide and the one I have found was many pages to print.

Broken
The tv is barely a year old and I’m already having to have it repaired. I’ve been going back and forth with LG about covering the repair because their warranty is a measly 6 months. I’ve never had a tv break on me in less than ten years, much less 2. Avoid.

Basic limits
You do not have HBO MAX, FuboTv, and others basic apps that you can download. But, there is always a solution like, Amazon Fire Stick. More tangle...

Great Performance with Awesome Picture Quality
If you’re like me, and you’re looking for an affordable television to support to new generation of consoles (the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X), then this might be your what you’re looking for. It supports 4k at a native 120 Hz refresh rate, but it unfortunately does NOT come with HDMI 2.1 compatibility, variable refresh rate, freesync/G sync, and all these other bells and whistles. Input lag barely feels noticeable. The UI for the LG home menu and smart remote are really cool and simple to use. Play with the picture settings a little bit and you’ll come out with a spectacular image. I might try to get the CX OLED someday though, to take advantage of all the new console features. But the only complaint I have is that the stand it comes with is very wobbly and not as stable as it could be.

I did not like this tv
The worst problem I have with this tv is that I have a hard time watching it at night or movies in the dark because it is so bright on all the presets. Even when I personalize the settings they are still not good in the dark room.
