To ensure smooth usage of the [Now On] service, it is necessary to have a set-top box and properly configure the
channels.
For optimal performance with TV channels, it is important to complete the automatic channel setup process.
If you have recently moved, the service will only be available after the corresponding area information is set.
The program list shown in the real-time broadcasting guide is sourced from an external EPG (electronic programme
guide) company. So, it may differ from the digital EPG information received by the TV.
The Magic remote can be used to control the channels of the set-top box that is connected to an external input port
of the TV.
To utilize the [Now On] function, make sure that your TV is connected to the network and properly configured.
The channels displayed in the live broadcasting list are provided by the cable TV service provider. If any changes
are made to the channel configuration by the provider, some channels may differ from the actual TV channels.
The channel names for analog cable TV broadcasting are provided by an external EPG company. Although the names and
meanings of cable TV broadcasting companies are the same, the channel names and programs may not always match
perfectly. (e.g. Korea National Open University TV (OUN), Korea Policy Broadcasting (KTV))
The program thumbnail shown in the real-time broadcasting list is a visual representation of the program and may not
exactly match the broadcast screen displayed in the actual program schedule.
If the channel information in the real-time broadcasting list does not match the channel on your TV or set-top box,
please reset the set-top box and channel menu in the [Now On] settings from scratch.
How can I access and use the Now On feature?
Try this
Go to the Smart Home screen and select the [More] tab on the [Now On] card.
In the [Live TV] menu, you can view a list of currently airing TV programs.
You can select a program to start watching it immediately or press "Details" to view additional information about
the program.
Also, the [Wishlist] function allows you to create a personalized list of your favorite shows or content you wish to
watch at a later time.
