[LG TV] Audio Guidance Is Activated When Pointer Disappears

Troubleshooting

The [Audio Guidance] feature is activated when you long-press the mute button on the Magic Remote.
This feature causes the pointer to disappear and a voice to read out the on-screen menu.
When you turn off [Audio Guidance], the pointer reappears and the descriptive voice stops.

If you long-press the mute button on the remote, the Audio Guidance feature will be enabled

* [Audio Guidance]
To assist visually impaired users in navigating the TV menu, a voice reads out the on-screen menu.
The pointer is removed to prevent the audio guidance from redundantly reading out items that are highlighted,
ensuring a smoother experience.

Try this

To turn off the feature on a TV purchased in 2020 or later :
[Settings button on remote control] → [All Settings] → [General] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance] → Turn off

To turn off the feature on a TV purchased before 2019 :
[Settings button on the remote control] → [All Settings] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance] → Turn off

Please note!
* If you turn on [Audio Guidance] again, the pointer will disappear from the screen and a voice will guide you through the menu.
