I cannot get the AM radio signal

Try this

Connect an AM antenna to the AM antenna port at the back of audio and spread it as far away from the product as possible for the best signal reception.

AM antenna has a rounded shape unlike an FM antenna.

Combine an AM antenna with the holder included in the accessory package.
