Because the washing machine vibrates in all directions while washing, it has four springs that support the tub and reduce the vibration and shock.
As these springs are compressed under the weight of the laundry and water, the tub tilts downward and thus it may look sunken.
When the tub is emptied after washing, the springs will return to their positions and thus the tilt will disappear.
Empty the tub and check if the washing machine is level.
If the installation site is not flat, use the level adjusters and balance the machine.
