Because the washing machine vibrates in all directions while washing, it has four springs that support the tub and reduce the vibration and shock.<br>
As these springs are compressed under the weight of the laundry and water, the tub tilts downward and thus it may look sunken.<br>
When the tub is emptied after washing, the springs will return to their positions and thus the tilt will disappear.
