How to do a level installation

First, clean the floor and make sure it's free of dust and moisture.
Place the washing machine on a firm, flat surface, and make sure it does not shake when you press the top corners of the washing machine.
Adjust the level of the two leveling legs in the front of the washing machine by adjusting the leg height on the side where the shaking occurs.
※ heck that there is no laundry in the tub.

If the floor and leveling legs are more than 10mm (about the thickness of an adult pinkie) apart, do not loosen the legs to fit, but adjust them by supporting them with subsidiary materials (leveling feet).
If you loosen the legs more than 10mm, it may cause severe vibrations/noise.
Fit a non-slip sheet to the floor if necessary in order to prevent the product from moving while in use.

Once the leveling legs are adjusted, tighten the nuts securely.
If the tightening nuts are not locked, the product will shake even if the legs are on the floor.

How to check if the product is level

1. When the product is pressed diagonally across the top surface, shaking occurs if it is not level.
2. The method is to hold the top surface of the washing machine diagonally as shown, then press and hold in opposing directions (corner to corner) to see if there is any movement of the machine.

3. If there is downward movement on one side, you can adjust the legs on that side.
Then do the diagonal rocking check again to ensure correct leveling.

How to check if the washing machine is leveled well
Intended use
Use the feet to achieve level installation of the product on an uneven floor.
Make sure to assemble and use rubber and plastic bases. Align the machine’s height by overlapping plastic bases. (Use up to 3 EA).
Instructions
Insert a leveling foot under the leg of the machine where the floor surface is lower as part of installation.
If feet are to rest on slippery tile floors, etc., attach a non-slip sheet to the floor surface so that the leveling feet rest on the non-slip sheet. (See the user manual [Installing a non-slip sheet])
Press the top edge of the washing machine diagonally to check the level of the leveling screws but avoid jerking on the leveling legs.
