[LG front load washing machine foreign objects] [Twin wash] The laundry is covered with lint and foreign objects.

Troubleshooting

Try this

You can prevent lint on the clothes or color migration [discoloration] by sorting your loads of washing.

Sort laundry into white clothes and colored clothes, outerwear and innerwear, adult clothes and baby clothes as necessary.

Wash laundry items such as sweaters and towels which generate lots of lint outside in or separately.

Laundry items such as sweaters or towels can generate more lint than other types of clothes.

Remove personal belongings from clothing before washing.

If you wash laundry with personal items such as tissues, receipts, keys or hair pins in pockets, any foreign objects released into the water may stick to or damage clothing, creating lint.
Be sure to remove personal items from pockets before washing to prevent foreign objects from sticking to or damaging clothes.

If a large laundry item such as a duvet or an excessive amount of laundry is added, the laundry may not circulate smoothly in the tub, so dirt may remain in the load.

Adding laundry after dusting it off in advance can ensure clean washing, and filling the tub with laundry to only approximately 60% can improve the movement of the laundry during washing, increasing washing efficiency.
If you use too much detergent, the clothes may become coated with detergent and appear stained by lint or foreign objects, so use the recommended amount of detergent as fitting for the product you are using.
The recommended amount of detergent is sufficient to ensure efficient clean washing.

Clean the tub.

For models with the drying function, more lint can be created as a result of differences in fabric types within loads of laundry when the drying function is used.
Periodically, after the washing or drying cycles end, remove and clean lint and foreign objects from around the door glass and the door gasket.
The recommended amount of detergent is sufficient to ensure efficient clean washing.

Use the Tub Clean function periodically.

If you use the Tub Clean function periodically, the inside of the washing machine is cleaned so that using the washing machine is a more pleasant task.
To maintain tub cleanliness, use the Tub Clean function once a month or once every 30 washes.
After operating the product 30 times, the Tub Clean function will be displayed, notifying you that it’s time to clean the tub. To clean the tub, add 54ml of liquid chlorine bleach into the liquid detergent dispenser or 54g of powdered chlorine bleach into the detergent dispenser for general washing. When you press the Tub Clean button, tcl will be displayed on the screen, and after Tub Clean has been selected, press the Run button to clean the tub.
