Try this
1Check if there is any foreign object in the charging station or charger port.
It may not return to the dock because it fails to detect the charging port.
Clean the charging port.
2Check if the charging station is installed correctly.
If the charging station is placed on a kid's mat, carpet, marble, or tile, the robot vacuum cleaner can't
climb onto the charging station.
