- Is the roboking stopped at the corner or complex obstacle?
Try this
Before cleaning, nicely arrange complex obstacles.
If wheel errors frequently occur around the corner while moving backward, then have it checked by an LG
service technician.
If the carpet height is greater than 1cm(0.39in), then an error might occur.
When you hear the voice message [Check the Wheels]
If it detects that the wheel is unable to run, then you will hear the voice message [Check the Wheels].
Is the wheel stuck in the porch, balcony, stairs and so on?
➔ Move the roboking to a flat ground.
Are their foreign object wrapping around the wheels?
➔ Place a soft blanket on the floor and place the roboking upside down.
Check the wheel and remove foreign object.
Before turning the roboking upside down, make sure to remove the trash bin.
Otherwise, dust can pour out from the dust bin.
