[LG CordZero R9] I hear the voice error message 'The wheels do not touch the ground. Move the roboking to a flat floor.’

Troubleshooting

Try this

After nicely arranging the surroundings, move the roboking to a flat ground.
If the same error message occurs repeatedly, then clean the cliff sensor with a soft cloth or cotton ball.

The vacuum cleaner gets stuck on slopes or uneven floors and cannot be moved. It can be moved freely on flat floors. Turn the product over and wipe the sensor with a soft cloth and cotton swab.
Warning!

1. Do not use it on a tilt or uneven ground.
2. Do not use volatile or organic solvents (thinners, solvents, acetone, etc.) to clean the product. It can damage the product.

Wheel stuck – wheel stuck on its own
If the wheel is stuck, then place the roboking upside down on a soft cloth and press and release the wheel vertically 5 times.

Push the wheel up and down more than 5 times and then remove it.

Wheel stuck – stuck in the environment
In space such as door gap, fan, laundry drying rack, gym machine, chair, and table leg and so on, the roboking might get stuck and not be able to get out.
Manually lift it and move it to the flat floor with no obstacles.
