My air conditioner does not blow cold air. What should I do?

Checkpoint
1. Remove any obstacles such as papers or magazines that blow the front of the outdoor unit.
※ To generate the cold air from the indoor unit, the outdoor unit need to be cooled down.
When the ambient temperature around the outdoor unit reaches up to 40˚C in summer,
the outdoor cannot be cooled down properly. The air conditioner may run but the cooling performance can be reduced.

Install the unit in a well-ventilated area.

Cause
Air filter clogged with dust can not blow out cold air properly.
How to clean the air filter
1. Lift up the front cover to find the filter.
2. Take out the filter. Wash and dry completely in shade before placing it back.
※ Please clean the filters every two weeks to maintain the product performance.

1. Pull the front panel forward with both hands.
2. Press the hook to fix the front panel.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Give the filter a good clean with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush (Washing with water helps to remove heavy soils).
5. Dry completely in shade. Place back the filter in and close the front panel.
※ Assemble in reverse order.

1. Pull the front panel forward with both hands.

4. Remove the TVF (Total Virus Filter) and the triple filter.

1. Press the release button to open the front panel.
2. Grasp the bottom of the panel and push the release button to the right to open the front panel.
3.Remove the air filter by pulling it down.
4.Give the filter a good clean with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.
(Washing with water helps to remove heavy soils).
5. Dry completely in shade. Place back the filter in and close the front panel.

1. Press the release button to open the front panel.
2. Grasp the bottom of the panel and push the release button to the right to open the front panel.
3. Remove the air filter by pulling it down.

Cause
Art Cool AC might appear to have weaker cooling from the front as cold air is blown on its sides.
